December 18, 2016: Belleli celebrates the family day

Mantova, December 18th, 2016.  A day lived in communion with the workers and their families. The factory ’s doors opened in order to share the workplace with our beloved ones.

Focal moments of the event were the speeches of the Owner Walter Tosto and the CEO Paolo Fedeli. Walter Tosto intertwined his personal history with Belleli’s one: «When I started as a young man, Belleli was my lighthouse. Now, we own it. A worldwide known name that was fading. We don’t want to make mistakes, we want to grow and improve. We will do everything that is needed to revamp this company, with our deepest effort». The title of the day, Belleli 3.0, was then explained by Paolo Fedeli as: «the first Belleli was the family’s one, then the second, the American one, with its up and down. The third one is the one that we are launching. International competition is strong, there are companies with huge turnovers. We are small but we can win with focused effort, innovation and unity of purpose». He then expanded his motto for the event “Sinergy between work and territory is, in the end, what will make us grow and thrive in the future” adding: « Family support is important for all of us, in order to create a shared effort and a welcoming environment inside and outside the company».  After the speeches, a ceremony took place to award our colleagues for over 35 years of “Work, Effort and Commitment”.

During the day, two trains allowed everyone to enjoy a panoramic tour of the factory, completed with a brief overview of our history and productive processes. A common area welcomed the guests with a photo exhibition and comprehended a space for the kids.  The event, which took place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. , was completed with a buffet of Mantuan gourmet meals selection.
