Equipment Engineering

Belleli Energy’s Equipment Division has its own dedicated Engineering Group which is fully organised and qualified to carry out engineering services for sophisticated equipment design, which include design development of basic data supplied by the Client, thermal and fluid-dynamic design, stress analysis and mechanical design.

Thanks to the experience and know-how gained in more than 30 years of design and fabrication Belleli Energy’s Equipment Engineering Division can also support Process Engineering Companies to develop and finalise new sophisticated equipment designs as demonstrated by many references in nuclear, hydroprocessing and gasification engineering.

The Engineering Department is well conversant with all international codes and regulations such as, for example, Asme, AD-Merkblaetter, PD 5005, Stoomwezen, Codap, Ispesl, PED (Pressure Equipment Directive).

Industrial Design Tradition

Belleli Energy has a referenced tradition in developing innovative industrial design solutions and performs in-house all sophisticated design activities such as 3D simulations, stress analysis by finite elements methods, fracture mechanics analysis, static analysis in steady and unsteady conditions, fatigue analysis, creep fatigue damage evaluation, thermohydraulic design of heat transfer systems, etc.

Detailed Engineering for EPC-contracting

Belleli Energy Plant Engineering Division is a dedicated engineering group to support the Contracting Divisions with all engineering services needed for the construction of Power plants, Chemical / Petrochemical plants, Desalination plants and Infrastructures.

Plant Engineering Division is equipped to perform all detail engineering services such as General Layout, Piping, Structural, Instrumentation, etc. and the related support services to the procurement and construction divisions.
