IMI Bank meets Belleli’s managers

November 3rd 2016, Milan. Dr. Andrea Ballestri, Director of Banca IMI, Dr. Roberto Battaglia, H.R. manager of the Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo and Dr. Andrea Falchetti, new-appointed Global Head M&A Dept. of Banca IMI, invited Luca Tosto and Luca Pierfelice, rispectively Belleli Energy CPE’s President of the board of directors and CFO, to a post-acquisition  meeting for the 100% company’s shares. In this occasion, a tombstone was presented by the Bank to the managers of Belleli, in recognition of the operation performed with reciprocal sharing and satisfaction.

Banca IMI, business bank of Intesa Sanpaolo, primary Italian bank recognized worldwide and admirable partner of the Tosto Group, was Advisor of Tosto srl during the negotiation and due diligence phases for Belleli’s acquisition‎.

Battaglia and Ballestri shared with Belleli’s managers some innovative projects for human resources management.

After a laudable introduction, Ballestri defined the Tosto Group as one of the best and dynamic industrial groups in Italy which is rapidly evolving.

The meeting was also a good occasion to shake hands with Dr. Falchetti who congratulated personally with Luca Tosto for the Belleli deal.
