Bending and Forming

All Bending and Forming activities are carried out in Belleli’s Heavy Wall Reactors workshop, where Rolling and Press machines are installed.

Bending

2 rolling machines are available, the bigger of the two has a pressing power of 6300 Tons.

Forming

Belleli Energy CPE owns three main machines: a 3000 Tons press, a 750 Tons press and a 250 Tons press. In order to facilitate the hot forming activities, the press machines are installed next to the heat treatment furnace.
